Congress of Vienna
Students learn how and why conflict was managed in Europe 1648-1945. They use a timeline to learn about the key events and the impact of ideas and a changing world upon how Europeans tried to solve conflict. The activity plan is divided into sections and caterns for the needs of older and more knowledgeable students, as well as those who are younger and have less knowledge. It is designed to provide students with a contextual understanding of the ways that conflict is resolved in contemporary Europe.
